By accessing or using the Profitable Nomads website, Operator OS modules, workbooks, guides, assessments, and any related digital products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Profitable Nomads ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company").

Profitable Nomads provides educational content, digital workbooks, interactive Operator OS modules, self-assessment tools, and related resources focused on trading, finance, business, real estate, and mindset development. Our Services are designed for educational purposes only.

We offer both free resources (such as downloadable playbooks in exchange for your email address) and paid digital products (including workbooks at $47 each and the Coalition membership subscription at $97/month or $970/year).

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.

All content provided through the Services — including but not limited to guides, workbooks, Operator OS modules, assessments, articles, emails, and communications — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any securities, financial instruments, real estate, or other assets.

Upon successful purchase of a paid digital product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use that product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without express written permission
• Scrape, download in bulk, or systematically extract data from our platforms

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including content, software, design, and branding, remain the sole property of Profitable Nomads or its licensors.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase any product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used improperly.

Paid products are processed through third-party payment processors (currently Square). The Company does not directly store or process your payment card information.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice for future purchases. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

By purchasing a product, you authorize the Company to charge the listed price to your payment method through our payment processor.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased product and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund by contacting us within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is issued, access to the associated digital product and module will be revoked immediately.

We offer free downloadable guides and resources in exchange for your name and email address. By requesting a free resource, you consent to receive occasional emails from Profitable Nomads, including educational content and product updates.

You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing does not affect your access to purchased products.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, our systems, or other users' accounts
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code to the platform
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an entity
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the platform
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or Company staff

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profitable Nomads, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or data loss — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services or any reliance on information contained therein.

You acknowledge that any financial decisions you make are solely your responsibility and that you use the Services at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Profitable Nomads, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorney fees — arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
